IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • Please be aware of your country’s, and local post office regulations and procedures.

  • A tracking number will be provided to all orders. The tracking number will not display any information on your package during transit to your country. The tracking number will display information once the package has arrived to the country of destination.

  • UkrPoshta tracking will show you when your package has left Ukraine. Use your country’s regular post office website to track when it has arrived to your country or final destination.

  • Final delivery will depend on the regulations of the local post office. In some cases the customer must pick up their package at the local post office.

  • In most countries, the post office will not notify you when the package has arrived.

  • If you do not pick up your package from your local post office, your package will be returned to Bionatal International Inc.

  • If Bionatal International Inc needs to ship your order again, you will be responsible for shipping the fees. If the customer refuses to pay, your order will be cancelled and a refund of 70% of the order total.

IN HOW MANY DAYS WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED/SHIPPED?

Orders are processed/shipped within three to five business days. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order is shipped from our Ukraine store. Depending on the country you are in, it makes take up to five weeks to reach your country. Once your order has reached your country, Customs may hold your package for inspection, and may take additional days.

                         

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BIONATAL, LLC AND BIONATAL INTERNATIONAL INC?

Bionatal LLC ships international orders (orders outside the USA) via FedEx, and charges for shipping.  A tracking number is provided via FedEx. 

 Bionatal International Inc ships international orders with free shipping.  A tracking number is provided by UKRPOSHTA.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is processed and shipped, an email with a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail you provided during payment transaction.  If you did not receive an email with a tracking number, you can send an email to bionatalusa@gmail.com

HOW DOES UKRPOSHTA TRACK MY ORDER?

UKRPOSHTA will track your order when it leaves Ukraine.  UKRPOSHTA will only show information on arrival, if the country notifies UKRPOSHTA (For example, some countries that notify UKRPOSHTA of package arrival are Canada, Australia, EU Countries)

WHAT POST CARRIER WILL RECEIVE MY PACKAGE IN MY COUNTRY?

 

UKRPOSHTA will deliver to your regular governmental post office.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED?

Some countries local post office will deliver package to the address you provided.  Other countries will wait for you to pick up your package.  You have 30 days to pick up your package or it will be returned to our facility. 

WILL THE LOCAL POST OFFICE DELIVER MY PACKAGE?

If the courier is not able to deliver your package, your package will be returned to the nearest recipient’s local post office. Your post office will not make a second attempt to deliver your package. You will have to pick up your package from your local post office.
